Bola disko tersebut adalah MP3 player yang ditempatkan di berbagai lokasi di seluruh dunia.

Semuanya dimulai pada hari Selasa (7/2/2017) ketika penyanyi 32 tahun itu mengetweet video dirinya berjalan dengan bola disko yang dirantai di pergelangan kakinya.

Perry memberi caption klip tersebut bahwa single terbarunya akan rilis Jumat ini.

Tapi keesokan harinya, penggemar yang tak sabar untuk mendengar "Chained to the Rhythm" dapat kejutan besar.
