Netizen beranggapan lagu milik Taeyon ini plagiat lagu yang dinyanyikan oleh musisi Amerika Serikat.

Tapi ada kabar nggak menyenangkan dengan lagu tersebut lho.
Produser lagu 11:11 dituduh plagiat nih girls.
Lagu 11:11 diciptakan Christian Vinten dan Chelcee Grimes.
Melansir koreaboo.com, akun Youtube COPYCAT HUNTER merilis video lagu yang mirip dengan milik Taeyeon itu.
Lagu tersebut mirip dengan milik Jordin Sparks yang berjudul One Step At a Time di bagian "Nanananana".
Serta, lagu Kids Again milik Artist vs Poet di bagian intro.
Beberapa netizen berkomentar sinis nih.
"No wonder i keep trying to recall which song is having the quite similar part of "na na na na na na" part," komentar Aoi No Sora.
"A mesh up songs of the two. Sounds the same to me with little difference no wonder she's under fire for it. But they should really go after the one who claimed to have composed the song!!" komentar Mai More.
"Now I see why her song sounded so familiar when I first heard it. Idk if it was real plagiarism or not but... it's best to not make any assumptions first before knowing the truth," tulis akun Lavina Hoh.
Tapi nggak sedikit yang mendukung Taeyeon lho girls.
"I must say that its quite similar in notes but I cant say that its plagiarized because you can see the difference.. the tempo and the texture is different. Thats my opinion tho," komentar Junela Anch Suclatan.
"The beats are similar BUT not same at all, and that is not called plagiarism. Maybe was inspired. Plagiarism is use of other people's creation without copyright," komentar Hweiyin Yeoh.
